Standing shoulders
Your shoulders are bothering you, you’ve tried to get to the muscles you’re familiar with, but you’re still in pain…
This sequence will help get to muscles like the Infraspinatus, Teres major & minor, Serratus anterior, etc. that may be where you really need the release.
Don’t worry, you don’t need to know any of those names to successfully release the muscles. Just follow along, and look for that “hurts so good” sensation!
For this you will need one small round and a blank wall or door to lean against. Remember to breathe deeply throughout, and listen to your body. Avoid any spots that give you a “zingy” nerve response.
