Safety & Care

Before you roll

Safety

Similar to a traditional therapeutic massage, Wellround practices can be uncomfortable, but should never be painful.

If you experience pain, notice your breath becoming short or shallow, feel yourself tensing your body, or grunting because of the intensity of the sensation, this means you need to adjust. Lessen the pressure/load, or move to the wall to allow for more pressure control.
If you feel a zinging nerve pain, the ball is in the wrong spot for your body. Move it to a similar placement where you are not feeling nerve pain.

There may also be areas that are too tender to work on that day, our bodies are always changing and one day will never feel the same as the next. Listen to your body’s sensations and wisdom.

Important note:
If you are pregnant or under the care of a medical professional talk to your care provider before using Wellround to get their guidance on how to use these tools safely for you.

Care

Keep out of direct sunlight and away from pets, fur-babies often find Wellround balls make tasty and exciting toys, but they are awfully hard to roll on once they are chewed into pieces.

Use outdoors may shorten the lifespan of the rubber the balls are made of.

We do not recommend applying essential oils directly to the balls as the oils may break down the rubber over time.
