Standing low back
Low back pain can be tricky, as it’s often not coming from the place where you’re feeling it. To start though, let’s create some space where it does feel tight.
For this tutorial you will need two large rounds in the tote, and a blank wall or door to lean against. Remember to start light, go easy, and keep it brief the first couple times you work with a new area so that you can get to know how your body will respond and what works best for you!
