Glute release

A lot of stress and tension is held in the hips and glutes, plus our glutes are working hard for us all day long! Melt away the stress of the day with the aches and pains with this relaxing glute release.

For this release you will need one round, you can experiment with both a large and small to see which works best for you. You will also want to have a Mellow round, yoga block, or pillow to prop your knee on.

Remember to listen to your body, and make adjustments as needed. All bodies are different, so your “right spot” might be slightly different.
