Upper arm/Upper back

If you’ve got a tricky shoulder or you carry all your stress and tension in your upper back and shoulders, you’re going to want to try this.

For this sequence you will need one large round and some bare wall space to lean against. Remember to start with light pressure, listen to your body, and try to breathe into the sensation throughout. We are looking for the sensation of “hurts so good” like a great massage, not pain.
