• Kory Rigler (she/her)

    OWNER/CEO

Kory is a proud body nerd!
She has a passion for studying how bodies move and function through anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, and myofascial release. As an autoimmune warrior with three different autoimmune disorders, she has focused on learning how to work with our bodies rather than against them, and she incorporates all of that experience into her teaching.

Kory has lived many "movement lives" from growing up in competitive dance, to intense physical training in the military, to yoga and weight lifting, to running half marathons, relays, and OCRs. She has been teaching movement, in one form or another, since 2002.

Official training Kory is proud of includes: 200hr RYT, Brain Compatible Dance Education certification, Myofascial release certification, Veteran's Yoga Project certification, Yoga for First Responders certification, Reiki Level II certification, prenatal myofascial release training, and she is currently enrolled in a 300hr YTT working toward 500hr certification as well as a fascial fitness course.

In addition to running Wellround you will find Kory teaching yoga, lifting heavy things, hiking with her family, homeschooling her kids, and running her family homestead.

Wellround is where Kory brings all of her passion, wisdom, experience and expertise together to help people feel good and live well in their bodies.

  • Charles Bontemps (he/him)

    INSTRUCTOR

Hello everyone , my name is Charles and I have been involved in the Wellround community since its start! As a professional dancer with over 25 years of dance training, I found Wellround through the Yoga community I was in, as I was in search of better ways to ease sore muscles and reduce aches and pains. To my joy this did the trick, and was different from what I had ever used before or was the known go-to in the dance world.

After benefiting from Wellround I wanted to be more involved and was fortunate to attend one of the first instructor trainings to continue to share this wonderful knowledge. I look forward to sharing this magic with you at your yoga studio, dance school, or anywhere else you go to move. Let’s roll!

  • Izzy Henry (she/her)

    INSTRUCTOR

I am an RPYT with a passion for supporting mothers and parents through the prenatal and postpartum periods. As a mother of two, I have experienced firsthand what can happen when you forget to prioritize yourself, your body, and your self-care. Through movement, meditation/mindfulness, and MFR techniques, I aim to help people rebalance themselves and their bodies physically, mentally, and spiritually. One of the biggest transitions we go through in life is becoming a parent and I hope to be a guide and a resource for those navigating that sacred time of their lives.

Yoga has been a part of my life since I was a teenager, but I really dove into it in 2020. For the last 3 years, yoga has been a grounding space for me through COVID lockdowns, pregnancy, motherhood, and many other life transitions. My hope as a yoga teacher is to help others through transitions of their own, big or small, and to find that quiet, still, grounded space within themselves that they may always return to.

You can find me teaching prenatal and postpartum classes at Twist Yoga in Edmonds. When I'm not on the mat, you might see me at the local Edmonds beaches and parks with my babies and Goldendoodle.

  • Agi Brown (she/her)

    INSTRUCTOR

In the late '90s, I cautiously ventured into yoga, initially deeming it too laid-back for my high-energy self—blame those 5:30 am candlelit, slow-flow sessions! Hot hatha yoga, specifically the 26 + 2 sequence in the lineage of Ghosh, piqued my interest. However, it wasn't until 2011, amidst the whirlwind of new parenthood, that I recognized the need for self-care. Inspired by my child and a desire for authenticity, a deeper love for yoga blossomed.

Since 2012, I've completed many various yoga trainings, with a focus on inclusivity, cultural competency, and trauma-sensitive practices. I teach hatha, vinyasa, myofascial release, and kids’ yoga. These days, my dedicated practice fuels my love for movement and creativity, guiding me through trauma, fostering compassion, and grounding me. Yoga has woven me into an amazing community that "gets my weird." Above all, I believe everyone deserves to heal and find joy.

Beyond parenting, teaching, and wearing many hats, you'll find me with my family, on daily walks with my fluff ball dog, Pocky, exploring Grit City, and always staying curious about life, the universe, and the connections between us.

  • Cecelia Miller (she/her)

    INSTRUCTOR

I help motivated people yearning for connection to themselves, community, and nature to reconnect through breath, movement, and MFR. Sometimes we do it in a natural setting. This modality has helped me to live a life more embodied and present for the gifts that it has to offer.

I love watching people transform from being trapped in their heads to living more in their bodies. It's like seeing the stress melt right off their faces! It may only last a few minutes at first, but that's why we continue to return to the practice again and again. It's a way of re-centering, and re-orienting on a regular basis to make it easier to find center when life wants to push us around. We get grounded on our mat together so when life pushes us we don't fall over but stay rooted. We get spherical so that when we do fall we bounce instead of break. We notice our patterning so we can see our blind spots and know when to turn or get the hell out of the way. I know that life is hard. But, I also know that when we have a connected community it's easier to get through the shit life throws at us together, helping each other out.

You can find me at Paramount Strength and Conditioning teaching Yin Sunday night, Sweat and Hatha Wednesday nights. We do bring your friend day one Wednesday day a month so reach out if you'd like a free class.
