Hamstring release
Whether you are running, lifting, or picking up after toddlers, tight hamstrings can get the best of all of us. Show them a little love with this hamstring release on the floor.
For this release you will need a large Wellround, as well as a yoga block, book, or pillow to prop the round up with.
Remember to listen to your body and trust your sensations. Hamstrings can be touchy, so make sure to start with light pressure and go easy the first couple times you practice this release. Also make sure to avoid the back of the knee.
