Chest release

If your shoulders or upper back are feeling tight and tense, it can feel great to roll your shoulders, but it is also really important to roll the chest to release those muscles to reduce the strain one the back and shoulders.

This is a quick and easy release that can be done just as easily at your desk as at home. For this tutorial you will need one small Wellround, with the option to use a yoga block or book as an additional prop.

Remember to listen to your body, and start gently.
