Belly release
Releasing the belly can help with stomach cramps, digestion, improve circulation, and help to increase breath capacity, among many other benefits.
Give the belly some love with this simple passive release.
For this tutorial you will need a Mellow round, as well as a blanket or pillow as needed for comfort. Belly releases can feel very intense at first, so start with just a couple breaths in each placement, and listen to your body.
If doing this on the floor feels too intense, it can also be done standing and leaning against the wall.
