Neck release
One of the most frequent requests we get is help for the neck! Between working at computers and looking at our phones, we’re looking down a lot, increasing strain. Take a few moments to ease the aches and pains with this neck release.
For this tutorial you will need to start with one large Wellround out of the tote, and then both large rounds in the tote. You will also need a yoga block, folded blanket, or thick pillow.
Remember to listen to your body and adjust as necessary. Adding the movement portion is always optional.
